Shipping Information

Processing Time

Every piece is carefully inspected and wrapped by hand before it leaves our studio. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Packaging

Because ceramics are fragile by nature, we use protective materials — including bubble wrap, tissue paper, and sturdy boxes — to ensure your piece arrives safely. Each item is packed individually with care.

Shipping Zones & Rates

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Local Pickup

You are welcome to pick up your order from our studio at Ierou Lochou 12, Marousi 15124, Athens. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at afisyfes@gmail.com with your order number.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Please include a note with your order number in the return parcel.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Bespoke Commissions

Due to their bespoke nature, custom commissions are non-returnable. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs and we will find a solution.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at afisyfes@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
