General Terms

By accessing and using this website (afisyfes.gr), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This website is operated by Afis Yfes, a ceramic art studio located at Ierou Lochou 12, Marousi 15124, Athens, Greece.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Products

All items sold through our website are handmade ceramics. Due to the nature of handcrafted work, slight variations in colour, texture, size, and finish are inherent and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces them exactly.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order total.
• Payment is required at the time of purchase.
• We accept payments through the secure methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Orders & Cancellations

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding agreement.

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us at afisyfes@gmail.com with your order number.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. For full details on shipping zones, rates, and tracking, please see our Shipping & Returns page.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Workshop Bookings

Workshop bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, designs, logos, and graphics — is the property of Afis Yfes and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Afis Yfes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
